100+ HUB is a creative platform and incubation centre for local arts and culture industry. With its mission to promote local music and art industry, 100+ HUB tends to gather local songwriters, musicians and artists, to catalyze artistic exchanges and collaborations from different art fields, exploring the global creative industries market and create a sustainable branding for Macao’s cultural industry.
100+ HUB is one of the subsidized projects under Fundo das Indústrias Culturais, planned and executed by 100 Plus Cultural Creative Development Ltd, 100+ HUB targets to provide space for local artists, musicians, art associations, culture and creative companies. 100+ HUB has a total area of 18,000 ft2 and is facilitated with a cultural and creative exhibition and performance hall, an arts and culture space, 2 professional recording studios, 7 arts studios and 5 offices. 100+ HUB provides basic office decorations and support services with a residency fee that is lower than the market price. The residency contract will be re-evaluated and renewed every year. Without worrying about the ever-rising rent and miscellaneous office operations, resident units at 100+HUB can enjoy the resources and concentrate on their creative works.
